Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be received in writing to meetings@arema.org on or before January 10, 2025, to obtain a refund. A 20% processing fee will be charged for all cancellations regardless of the reason. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after January 10, 2025.

Transfer Policy

Transfers may be made by contacting meetings@arema.org. A transfer from a member to a non-member will result in additional fees.
